This moktak is a traditional instrument used in Korean Buddhist practice.
By highlighting the firm yet clear resonance unique to apricot wood,
the work extends its meaning beyond religious ritual into a meditative tool
for cultivating inner calm in everyday life.
The piece is crafted with careful attention to both the tactile sensation
when held in the hand and the lingering resonance of its sound.
Avoid direct sunlight and excessive humidity. Handle with care to prevent strong impact or dropping. Clean gently with a dry, soft cloth.
